Requirements:

Reporting to the manager of information technology, the candidate will be responsible for conducting analysis and
providing software solutions that meet user needs and enable them to perform the job effectively. He/she develops, builds, tests and implements solutions that meet the stated requirements, in accordance with the
required quality standards. He/she provides timelines for development and makes the necessary changes to programs. He/she writes and maintains documentation related to applications, user manual and technical documentation.
Functions:
• Based on the needs expressed, produced preliminary and functional analyses and evaluate the impact on existing applications;
• Perform, based on analysis, coding, modifications, adaptations and program documentation;
• Develop test scenarios and implement;
• Prepare technical documentation, as required, and ensure it is kept up to date;
• Assist the Production start-up and Post-implementation support leader during the deployment of solutions;
• Ensure the maintenance of certain applications.
Requirements:

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide end user support in an environment running Windows 7/XP, MS Office 2010 and other business applications;
• Provide technical support to remote users, (VPN Remote Access);
