Sales Manager
As a result of continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to provide sales leadership, motivation and direction to our team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities include:
• Direct supervision of sales staff, client communication and sales support when required;
• Recruit, select and train new sales personnel;
• Work with staff to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and assess clients’ staffing requirements;
• Ensure that operating procedures and policies are followed by all team members, make recommendations for improvements;
You offer:
• Minimum three years sales experience, including supervision;
• Customer service experience in business services, (preferably recruiting or HR);
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills in French and English;
• A technology related degree and/or certification is a definite plus;
• High level of self-motivation, well organized and detail oriented.

Personnel Consultant
Techaid is a placement agency with more than 45 years of experience placing engineering and other
technical personnel on either a permanent or temporary basis to all types of industries. We are seeking Personnel Consultants who are customer service oriented, tenacious, ambitious, focused and can work well within a team.
Key duties include:
• Offer recruitment services, expand and maintain customer base and follow-up on called in orders;
• Review resumes and select appropriate candidates. Interview and pre-screen candidates;
• Communicate with customers on resume submittals, arranging interviews.
Customer follow-up.
Requirements:
• Bachelor, DEC or Certificate, (some knowledge of engineering, technology
or information systems is an important asset);
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, (telemarketing is an asset) and/or experience in employee recruitment;
• Excellent phone presentation skills (French and English).
