who will report to the Vice President of Finance and Administration. The QA Manager will be responsible for all quality assurance activities, the maintenance of ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications, and the Controlled Goods Program.
Main tasks: Ensure that quality procedures are followed by employees. Check the documentation generated by operations. Execute the annual internal audits. Guide internal auditors during annual audits. Track non-conformances and Corrective Action Requests. Evaluate and
compile non-quality costs. Chair the committees of Quality, Health and Safety and the Environmental Committee. Keep track of various continuous improvement programs such as: Employee Suggestion Program, LEAN INITIATIVE Program, and the 5S program. Verify certain components at receiving. Review and
accept finished products before shipping.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Technologist diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3 years relevant experience (quality assurance, ISO standards, audits) in a manufacturing environment for products fabricated by
a project (value added), to the extent that there was engineering and design involved in the process, such as in a ''job shop'', ideally from a manufacturer of automated industrial machinery. The person must be able to develop cooperation by employees, be a good communicator, with a personality of a ''coach'' to promote quality, be independent and analytical.

Production Manager/Industrial Engineering - ref.19514AC
Our client is a leading manufacturer in their sector of automated industrial machinery. They
are looking for an experienced and dedicated Production Manager/Industrial
Engineering who will be reporting to the Vice-President of Operations.
The successful individual will monitor planning, coordination, the complete control
and continuous improvement of the manufacturing process. He or she will ensure that all work is produced efficiently while maintaining quality control on all manufacturing processes, including the manufacturing time and production schedule. He/she will ensure that the safety of the workshop is always kept to the utmost for all employees including office staff and customers visiting the fabrication shop. He / she ensures that 5S practices and the general organization of the plant are maintained to provide a safe working environment for employees, customers and visitors to the building.
As a member of the management team, the candidate assumes full responsibility for all manufacturing employees. He/she will have full authority over the budget and
staffing for the department.
Requirements:
Bachelors or DEC (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering), with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry in a similar management position.
Strong management experience to lead a staff of 2 to 4 direct reports who in turn manage a larger manufacturing group of 40 to 70. French (written & spoken fluently), with the ability to communicate in English is preferred.
Experience working in a job shop metal manufacturing environment.

looking for an Industrial Designer for its Retail Department.
Responsibilities:
• Design and adaptation of new displays and merchandising tools;
• Keep track of the implementation of manufacturer displays;
• Develop and organize kiosks for various retail exhibitions;

• Develop and adapt new types of packaging based on new products;

The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project for all structural steel and sheet metal fabrication. He/she will provide planning guidance. He/she will be responsible for achieving schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities: Manage projects to surpass customer expectations and meet contractual deadlines and deliverables. Establish and ensure lines of communications with customers externally and internally with engineering and manufacturing teams, throughout all phases of the contracts from document approvals to completion of project. Duties:
• Co-ordinate all aspects of project administration with appropriate and accurate scheduling;
• Day-to-day management of steel fabrication projects, which include but are not limited to contract administration, project and manpower scheduling, materials purchasing/procurement, shop/field production and sub-contractor coordination;
• Prepare and track the project schedule;
• Monitor and track the project budget;
• Ensures projects meet cost requirements;
• Assures proper accounting for project change orders;
• Interfaces with necessary departments to determine the scheduling of work and materials;
• Visits job sites as needed and required. This may require international travel;
• Meets with key personnel to ensure timeliness of project;
• Meets and confers with Engineers, Detailers, and Plant and Field crews to verify accuracy of all construction drawings;
• Assist accounting team during the completion of the project to ensure accuracy of shipping and invoicing documentation according to contract;
• Reviews plans and proposals and determines proper procedures in order to accomplish company/dept goals;
• Dealing with outside fabricators, (monitoring, tracking & inspection of the projects fabrication).
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree from a college or university in Construction Management, Structural/Civil Engineering, or Business;
• At least 5 - 10 years of experience in steel construction or fabrication;
• 5 - 10 years related experience as a Project/Construction Manager in the structural steel industry;
• Must possess strong communication skills, pay strict attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to manage multi projects, lead team and execute the project as per desired schedule;

Production Technician. Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the candidate is the liaison between project management and the factory. Evaluating the context of production, coordinates technically the start of production and develops simple and cost effective solutions to meet the needs and to solve problems that may occur during manufacture.
Tasks:
• Upon receipt of the order, collect and gather information needed to generate the nomenclature (list of required components) and the fabrication
steps (listing the sequence of operations to be performed);
• Enter the nomenclature and production program in the computer system;
• Provide relevant information to departments (procurement, estimating, manufacturing engineering, production, distribution and logistics);
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet timelines, quality standards and profitability requirements;
• Participate in the development of techniques for machining and assembly;

site services employees, coordinate the activities of all service departments of the plant
to maximize production efficiency, while respecting safety, environmental, quality and cost objectives.
• Ensure every day that the plant is operating in accordance with health, safety and environment
regulations, and the policy of the Company;
• Investigate in real time accidents and environmental incidents or otherwise, to can take immediate corrective action and prepare appropriate reports;
• Hold monthly health and safety meetings with your team;
• Identify bottlenecks (and potential bottlenecks) in production and take corrective action;
• Immediately notify the person on call if problems with the service lower the performance of the plant below the required standard;
• Monitor and supervise shift personnel to maximize performance;

business units;
