Senior Field Telephony Technician - ref.18950MK
Our client is a leading Quebec company specializing in personalized solutions for ambiance music, sound systems
and telephony for companies.
Under the Technical Director, the Senior Field Telephony Technician will be responsible for the installation and
the service of Norstar, BCM and Avaya IP Office telephony systems, the installation of sound systems,
providing product training to clients, resolution of technical problems, project management and supporting other technicians on various
technical questions.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of pertinent experience;
• Knowledge and experience of telephony and sound systems;
• French and spoken English;
• Presentable, professional and takes initiative, must be capable of
working in a team and autonomously and have good learning skills;
• Valid drivers permit is essential as the
person will be on the road most of the time, mainly around Laval area.
Permanent position.
Salary: Between $22 - $24 per hour. Vehicle is provided.
After-Sales Service Agent - ref.18539GC
Our client, a company specialised in the installation of sound and telecommunication
systems for industrial and commercial markets, is presently looking for an After-Sales Service Agent. This is
a permanent position with a salary range between $32K to $35K according to experience, plus fringe benefits.
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Agent will have the following responsibilities:
• Manage major and minor projects, in their entirety;
• Review of extensions / pre visit at customer sites;
• Monitor work of subcontractors on ongoing projects;
• Order lines;
• Train customers;
• Collect all the documents needed for billing;
• Respond to service calls from customers;
• Issue work orders.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience;
• Experience in customer service;
• Excellent knowledge of French, good knowledge of English;
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Acomba.
