Our client, a leading beverage manufacturer situated in Montreal, is looking for a dynamic Electromechanic
to perform the maintenance and repair of their specialized filling and packaging machinery. Working under the direct supervision of the Director of maintenance,
the Electromechanic oversees the maintenance, repair and operation of equipment (90% of the time) and buildings (10% of the time; with the help of contractors)
including boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC and others.
• Responds to requests for assistance in production and others. Replaces production operators and others as needed;
• Provides maintenance, lubrication, repair and calibration of equipment;
• Responsible for the implementation and documentation of preventive maintenance program;
• As necessary manufactures and/or rebuilds parts for various machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, etc. Draws the parts and/or prepares models or
templates, installs the new parts/components or new equipment and ensure their proper functioning;
• Assists operators in the bottling department to carry out checks and tests on the lines after assembly, repair or after installation of new equipment;
• Maintains order and cleanliness of the shop and work areas;
• Assists the Director and Supervisor Planner in the development and implementation of the maintenance plan for the factory;
• Performs painting and renovation;
• Work with external contractors;
• Must be available for overtime;
• Must be available and meet the standards and regulations and to act as an electrician. Maintains electrical equipment. If necessary acts as an electrical
integrator. See to continuous improvement and optimization of control systems and electrical installations. Conducts electrical renovation.
Requirements:
Minimum DEP Electromechanical plus a minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical and electrical. (C License is an asset).
Location: Montreal.
Salary: $22 to $28 an hour depending on experience.
Stationary Machinery Technician - ref.19487XE
Responsibilities:
• Ensure functioning and maintenance of heating equipment;
• Participate in problem solving to improve facilities and maintenance activities;
• Ensure functioning of blade sharpening equipment used by paper machines
services (occasional work);
• Opportunity to participate in the maintenance of natural gas equipment , (if licensed).
Requirements:
• Vocational diploma (DEP) in Stationary Machinery Mechanics;
• Qualified as stationary machinery mechanic (heating, steam class 1 or 2);
• Qualified in maintenance of natural gas equipment, (an asset) ;
• Ability and interest in working in three shifts (day-evening-night rotation).

CNC Machine Operator - ref.19464JL
Our client is seeking a CNC machine operator.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Machining of parts using numerical control machine;
• Receive and enter the programming according to the work piece. Test to ensure that the program is consistent and make
any necessary adjustments and modifications to the program;
• Ensure program compliance with shop drawings and check if the method and/or
selected tools can be improved;
• Install and adjust the blades and tools according to the piece to be
machined;
• Assist in handling large pieces that can’t be manoeuvred with the lifting device;
• Place machined pieces on cart ready for next operations to be performed;
• Complete requisitions sheets to take out equipment and submit to your immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
• College diploma in woodworking, machining, numerical control or other relevant field;
• Experience: At least six months of relevant experience as an industrial machine operator;
• Open to different work schedules, availability for overtime;
• Languages: French.

Cabinetmaker-Assembler - ref.19439XE
Our client, a manufacturing company that specializes in commercial furniture, is looking for a Cabinetmaker-Assembler.
Under the supervision of the team leader, the candidate will assemble and shape components used in the manufacture of furniture.
Tasks:
• Assemble the components according to the plans, company methods and the
direction of the team leader;
• Conceptualize and implement cutting list;
• Verify the quality of components being used in the manufacture of an article;
• Sand all surfaces required for finishing;
• Communicate immediately apparent defects in the assembly and any equipment failure;
• Verify finished product and ensure compliance with customer
requirements.
Requirements:
• DEP in Carpentry or DEC in Furniture and Cabinetry techniques;
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position;
• Advanced knowledge of the different assembly techniques in woodworking, and the use and adjustment of various tools (miter saw, table saw, etc.);
• Know how to sand wood surfaces and panels;
• Good at math (conversion of the international measures to imperial and vice versa, etc.);
• Read and interpret drawings, instructions and technical specifications;
• Have an eye for detail and a job well done;
• Ability to follow safety rules related to the handling and use of equipment.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate activities related to the site;
• Prepare submissions;
• Manage staff, equipment and budgets according to established standards;
• Meets with clients as needed;
• Manage the implementation of safeguards.
Requirements:
• Education: DEP in mechanical, or DES with equivalent experience;
• Three (3) years experience in handling and planning of technical work;
• Experience in managing with good results ability to manage priorities,
initiative, leadership and teamwork. Strong organizational, planning and
follow-up skills.
