Standard services include determining recruitment specifications, searching and screening for qualified candidates, referring candidates for your review, coordinating interviews and negotiating offers, as well as criminal and reference checks (upon customer request).

Contingent search provides our standard services for free. A full placement fee is payable only when our referred candidate is hired by you.

Retained search is ideal for difficult searches ensuring your consultant is dedicated to finding the right candidate however long it takes. Retained search offers reduced fees but requires a retainer payable at the start of the search.
