Technical Inside Sales Representative

Our client, an extruded plastic products manufacturer,, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.

  • Manage all customer communication - quotes, orders, and updates - rapidly;
  • Proactively follow up on open quotes to drive sales and ensure no missed opportunities;
  • Handle difficult conversations and complaints to find win-win solutions;
  • Maintain careful records and follow internal workflows for quoting and data entry;
  • Be the liaison between the customer and production/logistics to guarantee on-time delivery;
  • Build long-term relationship of trust through reliability and consistent follow-through.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, etc.;
  • At least 2 years of experience in inside sales in a manufacturing/industrial business environment;
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
  • Comfortable handling difficult conversations with professionalism;
  • Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to processes;
  • Asset: Familiar with an ERP or order management system;
  • Bilingual (clients in Ontario).
Location: Ville St-Laurent
Salary: $65K to $80K depending on experience + fringe benefits
